Blockchain technology has been making quite an impact recently in the global media, with banks experimenting with the technology, and the promise of transparency and security that it will bring to many aspects of our lives in future.

TamTam Travels is a membership based discount network, and it does not charge sales commissions on products and services.
On top of the offered member discounts, TamTam Travels will be using its own blockchain based digital currency, JIO Token, to fuel the ecosystem as a rewards program.
JIO is taken from the Hindi language and means ''To Live”, and Tam Tam originates from Mauritius.
Some of the benefits that are available to members, especially in USA, are the local discounts available on many household goods and services. These are estimated to amount to more than $2,000 in savings per year.
During the month of November, TamTam Travels is kickstarting the launch of the services with a special promotion, providing a high discount on its annual package. The offer will be limited to:
750 packages of one year membership at the discount price of $350, providing savings of $960 off the normal retail price, and
250 Memberships of the 5 year package at $1,400 providing savings of $3,300 off the normal retail price.
The total debut promotion is therefore 1,000 memberships at highly discounted rates. In addition to this promotion, members will also receive JIO Tokens as a reward for their purchase of the membership.
Many digital currencies call this an ICO - initial coin offering - but TamTam Travels has created a new path into the market called IMO - Initial Membership Offering.
