Twitter intends to cut off 8% of workforce

(MENAFN) Bloomberg reported that Twitter Inc. intends to cut 8% of its workforce or about 300 people.

Accordingly, the job cuts had been announced before the company reports Q3 earnings on last Thursday, but the number of jobs could be changed.

However, last year, Twitter announced plans to cut 336 jobs, a week after Jack Dorsey, its co-founder who had been serving as interim chief executive, took over as permanent CEO.
