China to provide USD24b to Philippine


(MENAFN) After Philippine's President, Rodrigo Duterte, four-days visit to China, he will bring home USD24b worth of funding as both nations agreed to resume talks and cooperation.

In details, China will provide USD9b in soft loans, including a USD3b credit line with the Bank of China, while economic deals including investments would yield USD15b.

Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said in Beijing: "China is not only a friend. China is only a relative, but China is a big brother."
