RISERS

Altitude Group PLC (LON:ALT), up 28% to 54p. Non-executive chairman Peter Hallet has bought 55,000 shares in the company at market value.

Frontera Resources Corporation (LON:FRR), up 28% to 0.1p. Announced it was making good progress at its South Kakheti gas complex in Georgia and secured £527,000 after completing a draw down from an existing SEDA.

Lamprell PLC (LON:LAM), up 11% to 70.7p. The company has secured a US$90mln contract to convert a shipping vessel into an accommodation service vessel for Statoil's Johan Sverdrup field, located offshore Norway.

FALLERS

SpaceandPeople Plc (LON:SAL), down 33% to 26.7p. Will not pay out a dividend this year, after revenues and profits were hit in the first half of the year. Added that it will 'need to perform strongly' to meet full-year expectations, although trading is 'subdued' at the start of H2.

Intercontinental Hotels Group (LON:IHG), down 5% to 3,118p. Former Nokia and Microsoft executive Jo Harlow, now non-exec at IHG, has been appointed as a non-exec at another company, Halma PLC.

Proton Power Systems Plc (LON:PPS), down 5% to 4.28p. Gross loss widened to £4.1mln in the six months to the end of June, as revenues dipped and costs increased.

RISERS

GW Pharmaceuticals PLC (LON:GWP), up 12% to 780p. Told investors that the Phase III trial for its Lennox-Gastaut treatment Epidiolex had met its primary endpoint.

Summit Therapeutics PLC (LON:SUMM), up 10% to 140.5p. Said this morning that its treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy has received fast-track designation from the US FDA.

FALLERS

North River Resources PLC (LON:NRRP), down 16% to 11.4p. Couldn't narrow its losses in the first six months of 2016 and saw its cash position fall as well.

Allergy Therapeutics plc (LON:AGY), down 6% to 17.4p. Revenues grew in the first half but a big R & D spending drive meant losses widened to £12mln resulting in a loss per share of 2.29p

Sports Direct (LON:SPD), down 5% to 288.5p. Bought some of its shares from its broker Citigroup today, although bad press continues to hamper the stock.

RISERS

Zoltav Resources Inc (LON:ZOL), up 29% to 31.4p. Swung to its maiden profit before tax of US$1.6mln versus a loss of US$2.5mln last year despite currency setbacks and a challenging oil and gas market.

Goldplat plc (LON:GDP), up 11% to 6.4p. Also swung to a profit this year after strong gold production and sales.

Greatland Gold PLC (LON:GGP), up 9% to 0.2p. Told investors this morning that it has entered into an agreement to buy a high grade copper-gold project in Western Australia.

FALLERS

CSF Group PLC (LON:CSFG), down 60% to 0.35p. Listed the 'commercial disadvantages' of trading on AIM as it told investors that it plans to cancel its listing on the stock exchange.

Savannah Resources Plc (LON:SAV), down 6% to 3.7p. Raised £1.42mln via share placing of 12.5mln shares at 3.5p per share, slightly below Monday's opening price.
