Capital Club Dubais culinary teams summer offerings set to shine

(MENAFNEditorial) Capital Club Dubai, a member of the ENSHAA Group and the emirate's Premier Private City Club, has today announced its summer schedule of events, with the holy month of Ramadan kicking off the season with Iftar dinners from 6 June – 6 July. Capital Club Dubai's exclusive membership base is made up of over 1,400 senior government officials and top executives from the private sector; however, in keeping with the festive season's spirit of humility and giving, the management have announced that it will open its doors to the general public for dinner, Iftar meals and Suhoor entertainment during the holy month. Group bookings of over 25 persons will be offered a special discounted package. Fifty per cent discounts apply to children under 12, with under-5's going free. The main restaurant will be open from 7pm each evening. With a wide selection of traditional Arabic menu items, including cold and hot mezzeh, and a buffet selection of meats and salads for the main courses, each guest will receive a choice of dates, Moroccan teas, Arabic coffee, and an optional pineapple shisha for adults – all in a Ramadan-themed, air conditioned tent. Prior to and after Ramadan, Capital Club Dubai will continue to offer its popular Saturday Brunch with the added bonus, from this summer season, of the Club extending admission to the general public as well as Club Members. At AED395 per head, brunch-goers will be able to choose from Capital Club Dubai's Italian-inspired cuisine and house beverages or AED250 per person without beverages. If booking more than two days in advance then each guest will also receive a complimentary glass of bubbly, or soft drink of his or her choice, on arrival. For those with a sweet tooth, an additional treat awaits this summer with Capital Club's culinary repertoire expanding into exclusive confectionary. The Club is introducing a 'Stratta Corner' with chocolates supplied from the historic 'Confetteria Stratta' in Turin, Italy. Once the official chocolatier to the Royal House of Savoy, as well as to Popes in the Vatican over the years, this will be the first time ever that these gourmet chocolates have been made available outside of Italy. The Club has also hired a new Pastry Chef from Stratta who will be serving up delicious desserts and pastries at the Club. "Capital Club Dubai is a perfect venue for celebrating Iftar and many of our other summer season events and offerings," says Noor Nanji, Capital Club Dubai's Director of Club Events. "With an exclusive venue and world-class culinary and hospitality team to look after all Members and guests, we are looking forward to a busy summer and festive period and to welcoming many new faces to Capital Club Dubai," she added.
