(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) At the beginning of every year, Shell service stations in Oman compete locally as well as with stations across the world through a series of audits that measure the customer experience.
The site operators that score the highest every year in each country get an official invite from Shell to attend the global ‘Smiling Stars Event' in which they celebrate their success and share the best practices from Shell retailers that operate around the globe. For 2013 the top three retailers from Oman who will attend the ‘Smiling Stars' event in Beijing later this year are the country retailer of the year 2013 – Abu Retag al Masroori Trading.
Shell Mina al Fahal Service station, first runner up – country retailer of the year 2013- Shell Sinaw Service Station, second runner up- country retailer of the year 2013 – Al Falaj Filling Station. In addition to the above retailers, Shell Oman also recognised Airport Filling Station in their pursuit to promote the safety of our customers as HSSE Retailer of the Year 2013.
The Shell Oman sales force has also played a significant part in ensuring customer satisfaction at the forecourts and hence the Shell Oman district manager and top retail territory manager will be joining the retailers in their celebra
