Indonesia's Q4 economy to expand 6.4%


(MENAFN) Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Economy, Hatta Rajasa, announced that during the fourth quarter of the year, the country's economy is forecasted to grow by 6.4 percent, reported Xinhua News. Rajasa said that for the whole year, Indonesia's economy is projected to expand by at least 6.3 percent. During the first three quarters, the country's economy grew by 6.17 percent, 6.37 percent and 6.3 percent respectively. In the third quarter, Indonesia's investment jumped notably by 25.1 percent on annual basis to around USD8.5 billion. It is worth noting that in 2012 and 2013, Indonesia's inflation is expected to range between 3.5 percent and 5.5 percent, whereas it rose 4.61 percent in October.
