As reporte by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper, at least three apartments in the nine-story building were damaged, and one apartment was completely destroyed.
“The enemy attack on a residential building in Odesa has caused casualties and destruction. Unfortunately, six people aged between 20 and 67 were injured in the UAV strike. A man around 60 years old was killed,” Kiper said.
