Russians Reduce Activity In Pokrovsk To Minimize Losses - Defense Forces

Search and strike operations continue in the area controlled by the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces to detect and eliminate Russian invaders in Pokrovsk.

Defense Forces continue to carry out combat operations in the city itself and its surroundings.

The enemy is trying to establish logistics through the southern outskirts of Pokrovsk. It has attempted several times to transfer personnel there using cars and motorcycles. The Defense Forces prevented this.

Since the beginning of November, Ukrainian defenders have eliminated 71 Russian Armed Forces servicemen in Pokrovsk and wounded another 36.

In recent days, the Russians have tried several times to infiltrate Hryshyne. To mislead the defenders, they pretended to be civilians.“Our forces stopped the enemy,” the Airborne Assault Forces said.

The situation in the Myrnohrad area remains tense. According to the Defense Forces, after numerous unsuccessful attempts to storm the city from the east, the Russian army will try to change the attack vector.

Ukrinform reported previously that over the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped 58 Russian army assaults in the Pokrovsk sector in the areas of Chervonyi Lyman, Fedorivka, Shakhove, Myrnohrad, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Dorozhne, Novopavlivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and Filiia.
