Therapist Annette Ansell Joins Enagic To Help People Struggling With Cost Of Living Crisis

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, UK - Respected therapist, supervisor, and resilience coach Annette Ansell has joined Japanese company Enagic to coach and mentor people who sell its innovative, medical-grade water ionisation system.
Enagic has been established in 40+ countries for more than 50 years. The system, Kangen Water, is multi-award winning and ISO9001 certified. Enagic's credibility and ethics were imperative for Annette, who understands deeply the struggles that people seeking to succeed in business can go through.
Once a homeless single mum raising three children in an abandoned caravan, Annette has turned a life of hardship into a thriving career helping others overcome adversity.
In the summer of 1976, which is still the hottest on record, Annette found herself penniless, homeless, and struggling to care for her three young children, aged six, eight and ten.“We slept on mattresses on the floor of an abandoned caravan and lived on porridge, potatoes and hedgerow food I could forage,” she said.“It was poverty in its rawest form. I was constantly asking myself, 'What will people think of me?'”
Despite living on just £1,548 a year (around £10,500 in today's money), Annette knew she wanted more. She juggled childcare with a full-time degree, garage work, and even car body repairs.“I learned that I could do far more than I ever thought possible,” she said.“Resilience isn't just a buzzword, it's built through saying yes to challenges and refusing to give up.”
Today, with over 20,000 hours of counselling and psychotherapy experience, Annette is now using her lived experience to empower people to rebuild confidence and self-esteem.
She channels the hard lessons she learned from her past experiences into her practice, having supported more than 2,000 clients to develop confidence, self-worth and motivation for growth. She also trains and supervises other therapists, sharing her expertise and practical approach to overcoming life's toughest obstacles.
“My story proves you don't have to stay stuck,” she added.“If I can raise three kids in a caravan and rebuild my life, I know others can thrive too. That's the belief I bring to every client I work with.”
Passionate about helping single parents and those struggling with the cost of living crisis, Annette is now sharing her journey and new business opportunity to help and inspire others.
Through this new venture, Annette remains committed to showing how lived experience can fuel empathy, confidence, and success. By combining decades of therapeutic expertise with a passion for helping people find financial independence, she hopes to inspire others to rewrite their own stories.
