Amman, Sep. 1 (Petra) -- The Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) has launched a series of field tours across the northern governorates to introduce entrepreneurs and small-business owners to its support programs and the application mechanisms available to them.
Acting CEO Dana Al-Zoubi said in a statement on Monday that the initiative aims to simplify access to JEDCO's services by providing detailed briefings on program requirements, eligibility criteria, and a step-by-step guide for completing online applications.
"These tours create a direct communication channel with entrepreneurs and project owners, enabling us to address their questions and provide tailored guidance," Al-Zoubi explained. "This approach supports our mission to empower businesses and foster a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem across the Kingdom."
The tours also align with the launch of a new round of support programs, targeting individuals with innovative ideas looking to transform them into viable, productive ventures. They also extend assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in key sectors including industry, crafts, agriculture, and services.
According to the schedule, the tour will visit Jerash on Monday, Mafraq on Tuesday, Irbid on Wednesday, and Ajloun on Wednesday, September 10.
JEDCO urged interested participants to regularly monitor the corporation's website for updates on tour dates, venues, and upcoming opportunities.
