(MENAFN) US President Donald Trump has uploaded a digitally fabricated video that portrays former President Barack Obama being taken into custody and imprisoned.

This post was made in the context of recent claims suggesting that Obama and his top aides deliberately constructed the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.

Just last week, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revealed more than 100 pages of formerly classified documents.

These documents were described as “overwhelming evidence” indicating that officials under Obama’s leadership distorted intelligence data to initiate the Russiagate probe. Gabbard claimed the primary objective was to undermine Trump’s 2016 presidential victory.

Her official note identified several key figures allegedly involved, including ex-CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and Obama himself.

On Sunday, Trump posted a video on his Truth Social platform. It begins with authentic clips of Obama and other Democratic leaders stating, “No one is above the law.”

The footage then transitions to an AI-generated scene where FBI officers are seen arresting Obama in the Oval Office, with Trump nearby, laughing.

The video concludes with an animated version of Obama walking inside a jail cell.

Additionally, Trump included digitally altered mugshots of Obama and members of his past administration under the caption “The Shady Bunch.”
