Kuwait 1St Deputy PM, Lebanese Parliament Speaker Discuss Bilateral Ties

BEIRUT, July 14 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah met Monday with Lebanon's parliament speaker Nabih Berri to discuss the longstanding ties between the two countries.
The meeting addressed a range of issues of mutual interests and explored ways to further strengthen the bilateral ties, especially in political and economic levels in a way that contributes to supporting stability and development efforts.
Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing this coordination and dialogue on regional and international matters, reaffirmed the need to boost mutual cooperation, thus serving both peoples' aspirations.
