Zelensky: Russia Trying To Push U.S. Out Of Negotiations
The head of state expressed this opinion during a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Zelensky believes that Moscow is not ready for what Ukraine is ready for, and the Kremlin is confident that Ukraine is not ready to take quick, correct and strong steps. The president responded that the Ukrainian side is ready to act, is not afraid of Russia, and is answering their questions in detail.
“When they throw some kind of reproach at us about the talks, I think they are pushing America out of the talks to show their leadership. This is what is happening. We respond to this as follows: I believe that America is the real leader; we want them to participate; we want them to put pressure on Russia ,” the head of state said.
