Al-Qassam Brigades publish video depicts Israeli hostages
(MENAFN) The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, published a video on Monday presenting two Israeli hostages who expressed fears that the renewed Israeli offensive in Gaza could lead to their deaths.
The video, titled “Tell Them, Ohad,” depicts the hostages describing their current conditions, including their mental, physical, and security situation. The hostages urged those previously released in a prisoner exchange to speak out about the suffering of those still in captivity.
One of the hostages, identified as prisoner number “21,” stated that they “saw death” as the Israeli military operations in Gaza resumed.
"These attacks will lead to our end," the hostage stated in the video.
The hostage also said, “We are the ones who asked and begged (the captors) to be heard.”
In addition, the hostages pointed out their lack of access to essential resources, including food, water, and healthcare provisions, since Israel closed the crossings in early March.
The hostage further stated, “When the ceasefire deal began (in January) and the crossings were opened, Hamas fighters were keen and concerned to provide everything we needed and everything we asked for. Not just to feed us, but to make us feel well.
