Kuwait Deputy FM Welcomes UN Humanitarian Official

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met with visiting UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator Joyce Msuya on Tuesday.
The UN official is in Kuwait to attend the 2025 Global Humanitarian Overview (GHO) due in Kuwait.
During the meeting, the deputy foreign minister underlined the deep relationship between the State of Kuwait and the UN, which dates back to over six decades, along with ways of promoting bilateral ties in various fields, particularly the humanitarian domain. (end)
