Italian Companies Eager To Participate In Reconstruction Of Karabakh - Manuela Traldi

ROME, Italy, September 5. Italian companies are
eager to participate in the reconstruction of Karabakh, Manuela
Traldi, President of the Italian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce,
told journalists, Trend reports.
"The Italian government is making every effort to secure more
contracts for Italian companies to implement projects in
Azerbaijan. There are increasing opportunities for Italian
businesses, including in the liberated territories," Traldi
said.
She mentioned that shortly after the 44-day war ended, Italy
sent its mission to Karabakh.
"Italy has always supported Azerbaijan on the Karabakh issue,
and we are happy to be able to contribute to the reconstruction of
Karabakh in various ways. This is one of the fundamental aspects of
our relationship," Traldi added.
Italy is one of Azerbaijan's major trading partners, with
bilateral trade amounting to billions of dollars.
