President Of Kazakhstan To Pay Official Visit To Turkmenistan In Fall

ASTANA, Kazakhstan, August 5. President of
Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay an official visit to
Turkmenistan in the fall, Trend reports via Akorda, the press service of the
president.
According to the information, the decision was made after a
phone talk between Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of
Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow.
"Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Turkmenistan President Serdar
Berdimuhamedow held a phone conversation, during which they
highlighted the strong momentum in Kazakh-Turkmen relations. They
also discussed preparations for the upcoming visit of the Kazakh
President to Turkmenistan this fall," the press service said.
During the conversation, the parties also emphasized the
importance of further strengthening bilateral cooperation in
transport and logistics, energy, cultural, humanitarian, and other
spheres.
