No Power Outages Expected In Ukraine On Tuesday - Operator


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On Tuesday, July 30, no scheduled blackouts are expected across Ukraine.

That's according to Ukrenergo , the power grid operator, Ukrinform reports.

"Tomorrow, July 30, no blackouts are expected. If the situation of the energy system changes, an additional notification will be provided on applying consumption caps," the statement reads.

It is also noted that today, July 29, from 20:00 to 22:00, a single round of shutdowns is set to be introduced.

Ukrenergo cited a decrease in consumption due to the colder weather and the return to operation of the two nuclear power units as the reason behind the improved schedules.

As reported, the hourly power outage schedules on Monday, July 29 were previously scheduled to run from 18:00 to 23:00.
