Russian Army Attacks Railroad In Kharkiv Region, Four Injured


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On the night of July 20, Russian troops attacked the railway infrastructure of the Kharkiv region, damaging buildings and rolling stock, and injuring four railway workers.

This was reported by Ukrzaliznycia on facebook , Ukrinform reports.

“Another night with enemy attacks on the Kharkiv region's railroad. Four of our people were injured (fortunately, slightly), buildings and rolling stock were damaged,” Ukrzaliznycia said.

Due to the damage to the contact network, trains No. 63 and No. 719 Kyiv-Kharkiv stopped at the exit from Kharkiv. Traffic resumed at night, and trains are heading to the capital.

The Intercity train to Kramatorsk is also delayed as a result of the night attack.

Railroaders have collected all the information about passenger transfers, Ukrzaliznycia emphasized. Accordingly, they will be delivered, including transfers, to the international flight to Helm.

“Some of the passengers will be waiting for their trains, while others will be transported by backup minibusses for speed and convenience,” Ukrzaliznycia said.

As Ukrinform reported, in the morning of July 19, Russians launched a missile attack on the Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region. Nine people were injured, including a child.
