BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 19. We'll fail to remove
adverse climate change effects without finance, Deputy Head of the
Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the President of
the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Secretariat of the COP29
Organizing Committee Habib Mikayilli said, Trend reports.
He made the remark during the panel discussion "Balancing,
Reducing, Adaptation and Resilience" within the 29th High-Level
Meeting themed "Pathway to COP29: Sustainable and Resilient Future"
in Baku today.
