Deputy Prosecutor General Of Kazakhstan Pays Working Visit To Azerbaijan (PHOTO)
(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. A delegation headedby Deputy Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Zhandos Umiraliyev hasarrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit at the invitation ofAzerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, the Prosecutor'sOffice told Trend .
The delegation will participate in a five-sided meeting ofrepresentatives of the Prosecutor General's Offices of the Caspianlittoral states, which will be held in Baku.
During the bilateral meeting, Kamran Aliyev emphasized thecrucial role of mutual trust and dialogue between the leaders ofAzerbaijan and Kazakhstan in fostering ties across various domainsand creating new avenues for cooperation. It was highlighted thatthe inauguration of the Kurmangazy Children's Creativity Center inthe liberated Fuzuli district underscores the deep bond between thetwo nations.
The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan also acknowledged thestrong cooperation between the prosecutor's offices and lawenforcement agencies of both countries across all sectors. Heexpressed confidence that legal contacts would be effectivelymaintained in the future.
Speaking of the forthcoming holding of the 29th session of theConference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on ClimateChange (COP29) in Azerbaijan, one of the most prestigiousinternational events in the world, he emphasized that it once againtestifies to the great trust and respect of the world countriestowards Azerbaijan. The growing authority of the country on aglobal scale was noted.
Kamran Aliyev also said the 29th annual conference and generalmeeting of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) willbe held in Azerbaijan from September 29 to October 2 this year, andan invitation has been sent to his Kazakh colleague BerikAsylov.
Zhandos Umiraliyev expressed appreciation for the warm receptionand highlighted the strong relations between the two countries aswell as the mutual support between their peoples.
The Deputy Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan emphasized thesignificance of the five-sided meeting of representatives from theProsecutor Generals of the Caspian littoral states. He expressedconfidence that fruitful mutual activities would continuesuccessfully in the future.
