The meeting was presided over by Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, the President of the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA).

In attendance were Mohammed Al Suwaidi, the Vice President of the Qatar Football Association (QFA), and Mansoor Al Ansari, the Secretary General of QFA.

During the meeting, Al Faisal commended the member federations for their substantial contributions to the advancement of football across different domains. Additionally, he extended congratulations to all participants on the success of the ongoing King Salman Cup.

The delegates of the various member associations examined and approved the minutes of the preceding General Assembly.

The Executive Committee also gave the General Assembly a report on everything that had happened inside the Federation since their previous meeting; this included competitions, administrative actions, training and officiating courses, and seminars covering a wide range of topics.

The General Assembly then reviewed the financial statements of the federation (2021 and 2022) in addition to proposing amendments to the articles of the federation's framework statute.
