Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a letter to President of
the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on occasion of May 28 -
Independence Day, trend reports.

Please accept my sincere wishes on the occasion of the national
holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the Independence Day.
Today, it is well known that your country, which has set a goal
to achieve new heights, has made significant strides in improving
the prosperity of people and strengthening the security of
state.
You are well aware that I always highly appreciate your great
contribution to the future development of special relationship
between our friendly peoples. I am convinced that the friendship
and respect established between us will continue in the future.

peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan," the
