(MENAFN) Chief of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Alireza Peyman-Pak stated that the nation has shipped an amount of USD80 million value of bags and shoes since the start of the ongoing Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2022).
Peyman-Pak informed IRNA on Tuesday that Iranian footwear and leather producers have the chance to go into the markets of Asia and Africa which are forecasted to have the chance for an additional USD10 billion of exchange.
He made the comments on the offshoots of Iran’s 6th International Exhibition of Shoe, Sandal as well as associated sectors, hosted in the central city of Qom from the 24th of January up to the 27th with the attendance of some 301 firms as well as 400 businesses from Iran and other nations.
The TPO chief also highlighted that his organization has some strong preparations to ease the attendance of Iranian shoe manufacturing firms in global markets.
