In addition, Waseef also operates in the city of Mesaieed, which is located in the south of Qatar, to manage a number of housing projects for workers aimed at serving the industrial areas of the energy sector in the city. Residential units include 442 units for employees and 275 units for senior employees, and the occupancy rate in these units is about 91 percent. In addition, these villages provide multiple services and facilities that meet all aspirations, including Wi-Fi and televisions, kitchens and dining rooms, and laundry facilities, in addition to a mosque, first aid centres, a recreational hall, outdoor playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor spaces for all activities.
Also, Waseef manages the Zakreet village project for workers' housing in the industrial city of Dukhan, located in western Qatar. For employees, the occupancy rate is 72 percent.
