KUWAIT - His Highness the Amir sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences to Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi over the victims of the deadly fire in Abu Sifin church, west Cairo.
