(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Moroni, May 25, 2022, SPA -- President Azali Assoumani the Comoros today received Advisor at the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, Qattan conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and their wishes of more progress and prosperity for the government and people of Comoros, while President Assoumani sent his greetings and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
During the meeting, both sides went over bilateral relations between the two countries and means to develop them in various fields, in addition to reviewing the latest regional and international developments of mutual interest.
President Assoumani voiced his country's full support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's bid to host World Expo 2030 in Riyadh, where Qattan expressed the gratitude and appreciation of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to this support that stems from the distinguished ties between the two countries.
