Ministry of Municipality distributes iftar meals to workers

Doha: The Ministry of Municipality represented by the Department of Mechanical Equipment, in cooperation with Afif Charity, distributed Iftar meals to workers with limited income.
A team was set up to distribute Iftar meals daily until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
The meals were prepared according to the highest standards of health and safety and delivered safely.
This initiative comes within the framework of the activities organised by Afif Charity during the holy month of Ramadan.
Director of the Mechanical Equipment Department at the Ministry of Municipality, Sharida Sultan Al Rumaihi praised this charitable work within the framework of the social responsibility program and within the spirit of the values of giving and in accordance with the values of the blessed month of Ramadan.
He also extended his thanks and gratitude to Afif Charity for its support every year for the largest number of workers and to stand by them and help them during the spiritual month.
Al Rumaihi explained that this charitable work reflects the community's adherence to Islamic values and the well-established Qatari traditions in the field of social solidarity.
