One civilian killed in Russian shelling in Dnipropetrovsk region


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) One civilian was killed in a Russian strike on Dnipropetrovsk region on April 17.

Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform exports.

'In Dnipropetrovsk region, one enemy attack launched from Kherson region on the outskirts of Kryvyi Rih district has been recorded today. Unfortunately, one person was killed,' he wrote.

According to Apostolove Mayor Andriy Osa, Zelenodolsk community came under fire.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
