Doha: Mandarin Oriental, Doha celebrates Qatar National Day 2021 and honours this year's founder's slogan of 'Ancestral Meadows, a Matter of Trust' with a specially designed cake and packaging featuring Qatar Academy Msheireb students' art and poetry.
Guests will be delighted to see the artistic creativity of young talent from students between grades 3 to 5. Available for a limited time, the six packaging designs include art and poetry made by the students for the Qatar National Day 2021 celebration.
The Qatar National Day cake is made with layered marble sponge cake, crispy biscuit layers, dark chocolate ganache and vanilla caramel. To celebrate this collaboration, the hotel will donate a portion of the proceeds from each Qatar National Day cake sold to the students' chosen charity foundation.
The cake is priced at QR480 and available now for pre-orders starting from Thursday and throughout December.
