(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president of Turkey urged his country to take advantage of chances of the government's fresh economic scheme.
The president stated to reporters in the capital Ankara following the Cabinet meeting, "we need to move the potential of Turkey forward."
The president requested from his country to show belief in the government's scheme and investments, particularly individuals who keep their savings in banks. He also mentioned "we know where we are going, I ask our people to be patient."
Erdogan's remarks came after the United Arab Emirates (UAE) allotted amount of USD10 billion finance to invest in Turkey the previous month. Turkey and the UAE also inked shared collaboration deals in various areas, that cover trade, energy as well as environment.
