Riyadh, Nov. 19, 2021, SPA -- In its daily weather forecast for today, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) described the situation of the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as moderate to torrential thunderstorms, accompanied by active wind on Jazan, Asir and Baha regions, extending to Makkah heights, while partly cloudy sky on Riyadh, Qassim, Eastern, Tabuk, Jawf, Hail and Northern Border regions and active surface dusty wind, reducing the horizontal sight on some parts of Riyadh and Qassim regions.
The report stated that surface wind movement along the Red Sea will be northerly to northwesterly on northern and central parts at a speed of 20-42 km/h, and southeasterly to southwesterly on southern part at a speed of 14-34 km/h, while surface wind movement on the Arabian Gulf will be northerly to northwesterly on northern and central parts and northeasterly to easterly on southern part at a speed of 12-32 km/h.
