Cyprus increases its full-scale curfew


(MENAFN)The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus increased its full-scale embargo to limit the spread of Coronavirus until Feb. 22.

The declaration had been taken by Prime Minister Ersan Saner after a Cabinet assembly on Saturday.

Pharmacies, groceries, supermarkets, bakeries and stores selling basic supplies will be excepted from the blackout.

Restrictions on cross-district travels are going to remain and banks will run with a lowest number of employees.
