China: Guangxi reports foreign trade increase 3.5 percent


(MENAFN)The foreign trade of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region hit 486.13 billion Yuan (about USD75.16 billion) in 2020, increasing 3.5 percent year on year, customs data revealed.

Exports in the area augmented by 4.3 percent to 270.82 billion Yuan, while imports increased 2.6 percent to 215.31 billion Yuan last year.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) stayed Guangxi's main trading partner last year, with mutual trade increasing by 1.7 percent to 237.57 billion Yuan. Trade with the Belt and Road countries increased by 1.4 percent to 258.35 billion Yuan.
