VIENNA, Jan 15 (KUNA) -- Austrian authorities announced Friday that it recorded 1,528 new coronavirus cases raising the total number of confirmed infections to 390,788.
The tally of recovery reached 365,000 cases since the start of the pandemic while deaths hit 6,987, said the country's health ministry in a statement.
In December, Austria launched a vaccination campaign for the coronavirus amid a comprehensive closure measures that will extend until January 24th. (end)
