(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, Aug 8 (KUNA) -- Lebanese Health Ministry Saturday reported 272 fresh COVID-19 cases, taking the country's tally up to 6,223.
Four deaths were reported over the past 24 hours as well, taking the country's toll to 74, the ministry said in its daily press statement.
Also, a total of 2,043 patients recovered from the infectious respiratory illness thus far, the ministry added. (end)
