Iraq's Kurdistan reports three Covid-19 cases, count at 280


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) IRBIL, April 7 (KUNA) -- Iraq's Kurdistan Region on Monday evening announced a further three cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), raising its total tally of infections to 280.
Halabja Governorate reported one infection, while Sulaymaniyah confirmed the other two cases, the Iraqi region's Ministry of Health said in a press statement.
The total number of already treated virus patients in the autonomous region now stands at 104, with three fatalities from the respiratory disease, the ministry added. (end)
