(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Cairo, April 01, 2020, SPA -- Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist Houthi militia's attacks against residential neighborhoods in Riyadh and Jizan, with ballistic missiles, stressing the solidarity of the Arab League with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all the measures it took to respond to this dangerous escalation.
Abul-Gheit said in a statement today, that the military escalation at this time reflects these militias' moral absence, which have not refrained from targeting civilians in these circumstances in which the whole world is joining together to confront a common threat represented by the global epidemic of Corona.
The statement expressed the Arab League's confidence in the Kingdom's ability to address these threats and take all measures to preserve its security and stability.
