Qatar- SJC President meets delegation of Kuwaiti Court of Cassation

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The President of Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) and the President of the Court of Cassation, H E Dr. Hassan bin Lahdan Al Hassan Al Mohanadi, met here yesterday with a delegation of Kuwaiti Court of Cassation led by Counsellor H E Ishaq Hussein Al Kandari.
The meeting tackled judicial relations between the two sides and means to bolster cooperation in the legal and judicial fields in addition to exchanging expertise in matters related to courts of cassation jurisdiction.
The visit of the Kuwaiti judicial delegation to the State of Qatar comes within the framework of the mutual visits programme between the two sides The Vice-President of the Court of Cassation, Judge Thaqeel Sayer Al Shammari, met with the Kuwaiti delegation, where they reviewed means of cooperation in the judicial field.
