(MENAFN) On Sunday, the Palestinian Health Ministry stated that three Palestinians were killed by Israeli army fire close to Gaza Strip's security fence.
A ministry statement, however, did not give more information related to the the deaths, which came hours after the Israeli army affirmed that its forces had fired toward armed suspects close to the fence.
Last week, Israeli forces shot dead four Palestinians close to the security fence for allegedly trying to sneak into Israel.
Tension has increased along Gaza-Israel buffer zone in current days with Israel accusing Gaza-based resistance factions of firing rockets from the Palestinian territory into Israel.
