Gerashchenko calls on Zelensky to sign EU integration laws

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Gerashchenko has asked President Volodymyr Zelensky to sign the European integration laws passed by the parliament during the latest plenary week.

She said this at a meeting of the parliament's conciliation council on Tuesday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"We all are waiting very much for the signing by the president of Ukraine of the laws that the parliament passed during the latest session week. In particular, the issue concerns law No. 10183 on the introduction of amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the implementation of legislation of the European Union in the field of technical regulation, law No. 10181 on the introduction of amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding military duty and military service), a resolution on the decision of the EU-Ukraine Association Council on amendments and additions to Annex XXVII to the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member States, on the other hand.
