German authorities evacuates areas over WWII bomb defuse


(MENAFN) Police declared that they're forced to clear up the area nearby Berlin's central railway station in order to defuse a 500-kilogram World War II bomb found amid construction work.

Police in the German capital confirmed that all building in an 800-meter near the scene, will have to be evacuated as part of caution procedures.

The central station, a main hub for long-distance trains, is inside the area.

The area also has a hospital by the German military in its range.
