Lebanon's PM hails Saudi travel ban lift


(MENAFN) Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri hailed Saudi Arabia for its resolution to remove travel restrictions, a move that led to a significant boost in tourism arrivals.

This decision is expected to drive more increases in the number of tourism arrivals to Lebanon this summer season.

Prime Minister Hariri highlighted "the true desire of the Kingdom's leaders to deepen the brotherly ties with Lebanon and support its unity, independence, sovereignty and coexistence between all its components; which is unique in the region."

Saudi King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aid and Relief (KSrelief) was also revealed to have penned a number of deals for humanitarian projects in Lebanon.
