National Gymnastics Arena in Baku is wonderful- Israeli gymnast

There is an excellent organization of competitions in Baku, participant of the AGF 2nd Junior Trophy in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Israeli gymnast Daria Atamanov told Trend .

"I was in Baku during the qualifications, and I am participating in the competitions for the first time. I really liked performing here. The hall of the National Gymnastics Arena is wonderful. It is big, beautiful, and there is also a very comfortable training area. There is an excellent organization of the tournament, everything is top level, the performance of gymnasts takes place exactly as scheduled," said the young athlete.

Daria Atamanov said that she was not completely satisfied with the results of her performance and believes that the exercises with a skipping rope and a ball were the ones she pulled off the best.

The AGF 2nd Junior Trophy in Rhythmic Gymnastics will be held in Baku on April 20-21 in the National Gymnastics Arena. About 130 juniors from 20 countries will take part in the tournament.

Today's program will consist of qualifying competitions in the individual program in exercises with a rope, ball, clubs and tape, as well as qualifications of teams in group exercises (5 hoops and 5 ribbons).

Azerbaijan will be represented at this tournament by Narmina Samadova, Narmin Bayramova and 2018 European Championships` bronze medalist Arzu Jalilova in the individual program, as well as Madina Asadova, Laman Alimuradova, Seljan Hajizada, Milana Akbarova and Farida Safiyarzada in group exercises.
