Chart of the day: China steals US PMI mojo


(MENAFN- Asia Times) Caixin and Markit purchasing managers' indices for China and the US, respectively, show the percent of respondents whose business is expanding. They reflect momentum rather than absolute levels of growth. China's GDP grew at 6.4% in the first quarter, and the US appears to be growing at an annual rate of less than 2%.
