Algeria grants Petrofac USD1b contract for Ain Tsila field


(MENAFN) Ain Tsila Development Project in Algeria will be commissioned and undergone start-up and performance testing by Petrofac under a USD1 billion agreement.

The agreement was signed with Groupment Isarene, a joint operating group that Algerian Sonatrach established alongside Petroceltic and Enel.

Algeria's Ain Tsila field is being set up to manufacture gas, LPG and condensate for export as well as for the Algerian market.
