LAS VEGAS - Feb. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- CAMCO, a homeowner association management company, participated in the American Cancer Society's "Construction vs. Cancer" event Saturday, Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Silverton Casino Hotel, 3333 Blue Diamond Road in Las Vegas.
Children had the opportunity to sit in and help operate a piece of equipment like a backhoe, bulldozer, or excavator.

Little and big construction enthusiasts attended this unique fundraising event benefiting the American Cancer Society in the mission to eliminate cancer as a major health issue through research, patient services and advocacy.
This event was free and open to the public. Donations were accepted for the American Cancer Society's efforts.
CAMCO partnered with Unforgettable Coatings, Farmers Insurance Patrick Ward Agency, Par 3 Landscape Maintenance and Nevada Association Services, Inc. and hosted an activities tent for children to create a portable garden sack to paint and take home to plant, a bubble pool and face painting.
Mary Rendina, director of marketing at CAMCO and a Construction vs. Cancer committee member, says, "We are thrilled to show our support of the American Cancer Society as well as children and families affected by cancer. As the mother of a childhood cancer survivor, this cause is close to my heart. Every dollar raised during this fundraiser is benefiting cancer research and ultimately working toward defeating cancer."
