Doha International Family Institute (DIFI), a member of Qatar Foundation, will host its 3rd family forum on the interests of the child in Qatari law.
Executive Director of DIFI Dr Sharifa Al Emadi said that the third annual forum seeks to enrich knowledge on the subject of the child's interest in the Qatari law and its related issues, she added that it also aims to work towards achieving certain objectives, such as studying and identifying the problems and solutions related to the interests of the child in the Qatari law.
The annual Family Forum is an initiative by DIFI to provide a platform to discuss and identify family issues and related policies as a priority on the agenda of policy makers in Qatar.
The forum will bring together experts and practitioners from various legal bodies in relevant government ministries in Qatar, community police in the Ministry of the Interior, experts, researchers and institutions concerned with family law, as well as professors and students of law schools, family prosecutors, judges and lawyers.
