(MENAFN) Police declared that a woman in Pabbi tehsil of Nowshera district has been burned to death after her husband set her on fire.
The police added that he victim was originally from GarhiKhan area of Par Hoti area of Mardan.
The police confirmed that the husband was unemployed and refused to make a living for his family, which triggered regular disputes between the couple.
On Tuesday, the husband returned home and fought with his wife before splashing her in petrol and setting her alight.
